We accept Medicare, BCBS, Ambetter, Humana, and Aetna plus a variety of other insurance plans. We also offer affordable self pay prices. We will work with you to verify coverage before starting care.  

Before beginning therapy, we will:

• Verify your insurance benefits 
• Confirm eligibility and authorization requirements 
• Review any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles 
• Answer any questions you may have
